They concentrated on the US and FDA approval for many good reasons, imagine the cash burn trying parallel trials and approval pathways marketing in multiple countries- the squawking from the peanut gallery would be deafening and they would go out backward. Better off success and full expansion in the primary market and gradual expansion IMO but DYOR. I think this stock has caught many with the hype phase but will reward in the long run especially at the bargain levels we are seeing now. Very good outlook from here IMO.
