If that is the case why does Mr Perry keep selling? Sometimes it’s to cover taxes, sometimes the reason is not mentioned at all.
Either way, Mr Perry should be paying his taxes with anything but his AVH shares if he really believed the share price is going up like a hockey stick.
His actions to date have not matched his words. He suggests the shares are undervalued but does not buy on market and instead continually dumps the shares allocated to him on market.
