This is the height of incompetency that such an experienced team can overlook such a little yet important detail.
Even in the third world countries where you have a number of dodgy and backyard pharma operations, you will still find a piece of paper in their packaging to tell you what the product is about, where and when to use.
This is a huge face palm moment for the management of BOT.
