You're going to have to go back and read the report released by the company again.
First we have the total number of shares for the acquisition, 825,000,000.
Next we have the portion of shares (200,893,722) that were issued to related parties - AF and his mum.
Finally we have the portion of shares (624,106,278) that were issued to unrelated parties, everyone besides AF and his mum.
If we add the two amounts issued to related and unrelated parties we get:
200,893,722 + 624,106,278 = 825,000,000 (the number of shares issued for the acquisition)
Now, if we take the 624,106,278 shares that we can agree were issued to unrelated parties and multiply that by the share price at the time (6c) we get:
624,106,278 x 0.06 = $37,446,376.68
