Those who bought into the cap raise were only able to do so because they were already holders. We don't know when they became holders and at what price, but I would think it was way north of the $1.70 CR price. Those people were using the CR as a means of doubling down. For example, my average is around $5. I don't think many people buying into the CR have tripled their money, doubled it, or even turned a profit – but of course that depends on their averages.

I'm one of them, even after maxing out my allotment my average price is around $5 but regardless buying into the CR was a good move.
