I think it is around fair value band at the moment, which for me is between $2.70-$3.70.
Slightly under in recent days, I’m guessing because some holders are starting to get impatient.
There’s some positive expectations baked in for the company to be able to extract some revenue within this calendar year. 6 weeks ago, that was unfathomable.
There’s also plenty of negative expectations already baked into the price. It was expected that the company would collapse, and it didn’t, so SP went up slightly. It was expected that the company would not earn a cent till end of 2021. It looks like that may not eventuate, so SP went up slightly.
At the end of the day, the share market is about consensus expectations. Right now consensus is that it’s a shit industry to be in, anyone in the share cannot expect to make money in the next 6 months. If there is even a sniff of news contrary to this, then the SP will double quicker than you can say John Guscic.
