Heading may be a tad alarmist, but says it all.
I have tried for a few hours now to get fare info etc from the WEB www site, only to get your amount of error messages.
Bear in mind this is a company that survives solely on selling via the internet. Hence - web site down, then no sales.
If nothing else, tonite's situation demonstrates that WEB's back-up internet service plan either doesn't exist, or has flaws.
Either way it spells distaster for a company such as WEB.
Tread cautiously with this one - great concept perhaps, but are they doing it on the cheap??
