Pauley suggested I go smell the roses after my up month in the market last month.

With this in mind, I decided to rekindle the romance as my worse half had evicted me from the master suite, sparing me her usual primal abuse due to my lack of interest... a normal consequence during 'down xjo week' or month as it is turning out.

Pauley's advice was also to think carefully about my next entry into the market.

With that in mind, I re-entered the singles market and picked up a tall leggy blonde who keeps her thigh muscles in shape by training polo ponies for three hours a day.

    Her name is....Chantelle Honeydew!!!

She suggested we go south, horseriding in the beautiful D'Entrecasteaux National Park so that's where I've been - except that Pauley's 'roses' turned out to be drunken middle aged women acting like teenage girls sitting behind us on the bus to adventure for six hours. I've heard more mature comments in the boys change rooms when I was fourteen. They wanted a burger on one of the stops...who ever heard of a burger made of 'fur'!!

I had no jodpers and had to borrow Chantelle's' hand me downs. Her being taller, I had to pull them up pretty tight, handily, the codpiece protected the three piece suite.

I was known as Rudolph 'Nureyev' in the group.

After three sweaty days sharing the sleeping bag with thighs from heaven and forgetting what XJO even meant, we headed back to impending doom, my return to Snake Lady, sleeping in the ironing room, SanFelipes crappy attempt at a thread title and my CRAPPY PORTFOLIO.

But there was worse, much worse. The masterful and sophisticated XJO thread full of intertwining philosophies and complex and touchy egos had become a 'handy tips' guide for buying set-top boxes....for god's sake!@%$

After a depressing few minutes on my bed crammed in behind the ironing board, it dawned on me

...'What an indicator for a rebound, albeit it a lethargic one', I thought. Not only was this thread cactus, it definitely had a...'Don't wanna know' theme to it.

Voltaire was so desperate for material, he was dragging out the most boring stats imaginable. Day after budget day rises and falls with great big gaps in them turning them into meaningless gibber - in a desperate attempt to breath life back into his baby - the XJO.

I packed away the viagra (thanks Volt) and looked up at my big wall chart and drew in the last few candlesticks on the daily. Hmm. Dassy 'the sensitive's' turn date was looking like a distinct 'come true'.

Could we be in for Webound Wednsday???
