Timing could be nice, as gas prices have been forming a base last two months and maybe creeping back to $10.

Considering the intrinsic value of these wells is basically nothing at current share price, not much downside.

You'd also think they would prefer raising cash for larger O&G projects at 2c+ instead of 1c.
