I also note that Lawler Partners, appointed as Administrators, were also the ones who "handled" the Sonnet "disentanglement" earlier in the year.

Would have had a good insight then into what lay ahead; can Administrators by culpable in "allowing" further deterioration in operations to occur I wonder? I guess it comes down to whether what they observed then was in breach of the law, or just plain bad management, and poor judgement.

Of course, it does occur to me that administration isn't liquidation necessarily; won't hold my breath whilst we contemplate the difference in THIS case though...
