Old mate Kevin Robertson. I remember asking to meet him. I was a small shareholder. It was at the time when FAS offered 5 shares for 1 GWR share in that reverse takeover. I had been conned by a large shareholder/insider to sign over my GWR shares. I sat in Kevin's office and listened to him rabbit on about "$1 by Christmas" then he dropped the bomb shell that he was going to sweeten the offer to 7:1. I told him that would dilute the FAS share registry and the SP would plummet. He was in total denial. I wish I went to ASIC and reported him for disclosing market sensitive information.
