Ok, here is an update, I emailed CityView just to gain clarity on the website.

I can assure you this also causing us some concern. Our provider (Chameleon Creative) was hacked into and they lost all of their clients sites, 40 odd in total. I dont know how far off they are from getting it up and running but I am going to see them today to see what I can do myself to put in some data. Very frustrating for all concerned I am sure.
