In the end it's solely on investors to drive a share price up as we control the price of a stock from the moment we buy it, right until the next trade happens; whether that be a second or a week. A company will of course need a good product to get the market interested. Imo a website is a forefront for the company and while not fundamentally vital, will a still need to be presentable to further entice potential investors. A website may be one of the first points of contacts after initial discovery and why would a company want that to be a bad experience for the person who may simply be turned off the stock all together..
Get it together, build a decent website you are a $multi hundred million valued asx listed company for God's sake.
