I am pleased to note that the company has removed the photograph of Monument Valley, about 500km northeast of the Augustus project, from its website banner. Monument Valley, a national park of the Navajo Nation, prohibits commercial use of photography without permission. The home-page photo has now been changed to one showing a lush portion of the Sonoran Desert, with sahuaro cactus and mountains, very much unlike the landscape around Aguila, Arizona where the Augustus project is located, but at least they are coming closer.

Meanwhile, the page for Augustus itself shows tree-covered valleys and mountains. This photograph may have been taken in Yavapai County, but likewise nowhere near the project. Granted, they're not claiming that it is. Just something a visitor might enjoy, a few hours away.
