zits, I think that is a little unfair, although I can understand shareholders getting frustrated without news. Kate went overseas on the 5th May for an extended period of time (I understand) which is a good sign. Basically, I expect, she went overseas with the mandate to finalise a deal.
My understanding is that she returned this week. Kate has made it clear in the past that she can't say anything without our Eurpoean frinds agreeing, albeit kate must satisfy Continuous Disclosure Obligations as definned in the Code.
zits, I wouldn't have expected an announcement this week. Wiat till maybe the end of next week then lets talk about it. It is too early mate.
