    Its the preliminary NAB valuations as of 30th June 2008 for most of the MCS syndicates. The ones that are missing are the ones that are up for sale. Average = -3.0%. Not bad considering, but not final.

    The big losers MCS 35 and 36 are US based, Georgia and East Coast so not demographic. But there are surprisingly a few Aussie ones in there as well 19UT, 33 etc.
