You're on the money. If you are having people over for dinner you go around and tidy up the house before they arrive. (well, I speak for most people)

CVI is tidying up their house, I feel, because fairly soon the world will be knocking at their door .... in numbers and they want their house to look it's best. Professsional, for the savvy investor. The photo reinforces that.
