    Hi NL,

    Grafex (now 80% owned) is the holder of all graphite tenements and has been since 2012 when TON acquired an initial 49% interest in the tenements.

    IMO, the ownership of each area (NH, Ancuabe and Balama South) may be split into separate subsidiaries after Grafex becomes wholly (100%) owned.
