I realise it's just a splash page, but you'd think the website would actually be built prior to the announcements.. I'm not suggesting all the information regarding the listing should be there as of yet.. It still needs to be finalised, but the actual website itself should be built and functional.

A splash page tells me that they're scrambling to get everything completed and out to the public - however, on the plus side, I would also expect that there's a lot more information to be released in the short term.
