Is the current website the “revamped” website?
I ask because the website in its current form is so slow to be of little benefit. Very hard to use from a mobile. And these days most browsing is from mobiles.
Just as concerning is how the new website was talked up.
Try using any major tech sellers website and thrm
use the ht website we have a long way to go yet.
