I’m surprised no one has highlighted the significance of the license to AEM.
Looks to me like they are now the operating company for SMS, all sales will be run through them. This makes sense from a cost analysis, why have two operating company’s employing the same staff. However, taxation could get interesting.
TSO information, they are specific to model number. Each time you add a model, it requires FAA oversight and approval(lots of paperwork).
