    Why wouldn't they just feed the plant even inadequately? It doesn't make sense for Bayan to pull out just before the plant completes, unless they are happy to write of $100m and maybe $35m they pumped into the plant before.

    Still not sure about the tech but shouldn't matter if they get these damages
