Anyone following the dispute (if that is the right word) with Bayan and the BCB plant. Now looking for $45 million for their share of the company. I'm still trying to figure out if after all the time and effort put into the project, they have changed their mind due to a significant and yet not announced offtake agreement for the low cal coal.
Very much hoping this is the case. Would be good for the Roo. Sucks for the WEC director who massively topped up this year.
