I doubt it. There has never been any suggestion of a link between MNM's black coal (which Mt M is) and exergen, who are brown coal upgraders.

It would be nice if we got some detail about precisely why the JV is being held up from the company so SH don't have to play these kind of guessing games.

As things stand MNM are allowing exergen to have an open ended call option over 50% of our coal at zero cost. That's ok if the deal is getting close to execution, but is it?

We need a substantive ann that provides a fresh timeline for the BM JV, and is candid about the chances of it proceeding.
