Read Weekend Australian (last) Special report on Clean Energy provides a good/simple summary on the clean coal technologies around OZ. What i took from it was that ECT are closer to deliver than most if they are true to their word(with the exception WEC of course). ECT was not mentioned at all but the dilema faced by Brown Coal producers in the La Trobe Valley was mentioned.
