wedge forming?

    My very basic charting knowledge leads me to see a wedge. It seems to be forming between:
    - Baseline formed since early July @ ~$10.50 (broken once in August but bounced back) and
    - Resistance hit 3 times @ ~$13.60 (broken once to $14.10 but returned)

    I'm wondering if this will lead to a break down or up...
