the 'old' oxr I seem to remember did on average slightly over $1b a month turnover on volume. OXR is now headed for that average monthly volume in 3 trading days. This is AFTER the June 30th cut off. So you really do have to wonder what the hell is going on... has anybody actually contacted the company?
