golden west resources limited (golden west) is extremely pleased to announce that the supreme court of western australia today DISMISSED an application seeking to prevent chairman geoff wedlock and company secritary john palermo from acting as officers of the company.
the court also ordered that the plaintiffs pay the taxed costs of golden west and the other defendants in respect of the injunction.
