Wow, good inflation figures and the DOW closes -0.09% to S&P +0.85% and Nas + 1.53%.
The Dow opened with a bang, being +373 within minutes of the open, then headed purposely downhill to -126 before cutting losses in the last few minutes to close - 35. The S&P and Nas also opened with a bang, but both essentially traded sideways for the rest of the session to hold their opening gains.
I don’t recall the DOW being so completely out of sync with the S&P and Nas in the four or so years I have been pinning. Me being me, I will have to work out the reason(s) the DOW traded as it did lol.
I have to thank my keyboard for saving me from another big miss pin last night lol.
