i had my bank call me yesterday about my rental mortgage and my request to defer payments for 3 months. i can afford to pay it, but i don't want to. i see it as payback time as they have never passed on the full rate cut - my money, thieves.

getting to the point, the arrogant lender i spoke to tried to pressure me into only making partial payments instead. they are worried, as in they want the money cause they know the shitshow that's about to start.
