Condolences to you, his daughter, granddaughter (I think) and wider family.

I got to meet dub 3 times for dinner catch ups when visiting Brisbane and kept in touch by occasional but regular phone calls other times.

dub/David was held in high regard by many over many years on HotCopper.

If you feel up to leaving an email address (set up a new anonymous one if you would prefer) there are several members who have created a tribute montage of comments and posts celebrating what we knew of David via HotCopper.
