Indeed it seems 'a given' that a sp is tethered to a spp, what with the short-term/getin-getout/what's-next attitude by even the institutions. However, the facts re the quality of announcements and that of personel involved here could suggest that such assumptions may not apply.
Even the Small Retail Investors, such as many of us here (me included) are very cautious re biotechs, even skitish.
I have invested here, after failures in other biotechs, having been way more studious. Cautious yes, but I see no reason to think that PRR will not hold ground well above the present position. In a way though I am looking for steady sp growth in the very short term, followed by staggering leaps as progress dawns.
