Do climatic conditions have an impact on the markets?
So, the1939 high of 46.1  in Adelaide was recorded on January 12th. Hmmmm absolute middle of summer within in a week or so.
Hot, hot summers in Adels is the way it has always been. From 2007 - 2009 during a proper heatwave and in particular the summer of 2008/09 Adelaide experienced 10 days straight over 40c , I remember it well although I tend to recall the mild summers more easily.
Oh yeah we had a GFC at about the same time, how about in 1939?  And the 14 year droughts across the USA and AUS during the 20/30's
