Speaking of PW....he seems to get a clip from nearly all angles. He's a partner with Steinepreis Paganin and founding shareholder/director of Automic Registry Services. You'll see that any company he's involved with will have Stein Pag as solicitor, and Automic as share registry. So he gets clips from backdoor listing fee, legals, directorship, registry and no doubt seed shares/oppies in every deal.....
