If you can weather your short on CFD, 31/Aug is option expiration day both DOW FTSE. It happened in the last both markets came down regardless the annoucement whatever is due!, Then with sub prime crisis plus the partial disclosure of the loss on various institutions in US, it is anybody's estimation at this stage with both market direction!
