This is far from being a toss up. If it was going to go into liquidation, it would've a long time ago. 200 mil is peanuts for Centro and non of the other lenders could offord to let this company go into admin for this measely amount. The extension is 99% but it's a question of how much of an extension they get and that's looking much better than the market was originally expecting..
