Great analysis wink, i think the recent small rally on the SPX and XJO were 'buy the dip' buyers. These buyers came in at a level they expected support. Also many analysts are of the view these times are great buying opportunities - may turn out to be right . I expect another fall with another small rally. If this is followed by bad news then the 'buy the dip' will flee in fear.
