In fact lets have a close up look on the hourly as it explains a few things. On the 17th (Monday) the Euro gave the neckline a bit of a touch up and then bounced....that would explain the big intraday bounce on US markets on Monday night......but that bounce has been short lived. In just the last few hours the Euro has broken a little bit further through the neckline.....
