"In the appeal now on foot, the Zambian Government is the First Respondent and Mwembeshi Resources Ltd, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, is the Second Respondent. At this stage, the appeal is listed for hearing on 16 July 2014 on which date the Company , together with the Zambian Government look forward to arguing their case on the merits. The completion of the appeal process will hopefully result in the Company being allowed to proceed with its mining activities at Kangaluwi."
