Well I just had my 50th B-Party on Saturday but my birthday is the 25th.
I got the tennis elbow, first in my non-preferred left, so I favoured it and that caused the big blow out in the right.
The knee/hip has been coming and going for a year or two.
The pins and needles about the same as hip but constantly for last 3 months.
I be switched hands 6 times to write this ( my brain is getting a workout )
It’s character building I’m told and better than being sprinkled in the ocean.
