    Market doesnt like comments from RIO re: not ruling out a capital raising to reduce debt. Quick sell down in RIO/BHP. This market isnt going anywhere until investors can be confident they're not going to get shafted by equity raisings after any mini Dow-led rally. Banks extremely strong today, up to them to hold the market up.
