Looks like Major conquest won the race for you today. Lucky for me the weight didn't stop Sir Berus and no other managed to get him. On the other hand my 3 other bets weren't any good. But a bit upfront to punt on this saturday.

I prefer to follow/study the form for saturday city meetings, as the fields are of known/established quality, which makes the task a challenging and a satisfying one (you still need to have plenty of luck on the race day as a punter). But you should keep your eyes open as well, as sometimes you do find good runners with some value on weekday meetings, especially wednesday and friday city meetings. I don't think I have developed enough skills to do the form for weekday races (I even struggle with the good quality city standard fields, let alone going at the deep end). I started to do the form for this saturday and some of the races looks like a cracker of a field. Once finished doing the form, will post my picks.
