Zero , hope you and Dudley doing well . DRO requiring lots of patience but Im still in for the long haul. Been a slow grind upwards since high 4's

My back to work campaign lasted all of 1 day .... came off the bike riding an old convict trail ( Howes Valley National park north of Sydney ) and badly twisted an ankle.

I have worked out that I average a fall every 50km's . Not bouncing as well as I used to , and missus is accusing me of riding beyond my talent
