I hadn’t thought of it like that.
But is 7% is the new 17% then 5% is the new 12%.
I can remember how relieved I felt as rates headed back to the old 11-12% range.
I really think rates will peak well short of 5% is this current rising cycle.
And I think the DOW will rise strongly ahead of any of us realising rate rises have peaked.
