Add to this Aussie cars and the resulting trade tariffs need to keep this con going. Oh not tariffs; Lux Car tax, Import duty, GST on shipping etc.... All to benefit a small % whom wish to watch V8 Supercars at the expense of everyone else. Guess that consistent with history though.

Queensland RRP = AUD$130500

Difference $75894 or a whopping 238% more.

but wait you can opt for a Holden Calais $53290.

So if we remove all the protection its your choice a E350 or a Calais for the same price. Hummm, don't think Holden would be around long now do we?

So maybe i shouldn't have used a Merc.
