Today, Mirvac Group has a move on Westpac Office Trust. Could it the beginning of consolidation of reborn or survived "phoenixes"?
REIT has been trashed in 2008. Since then and valuation has back to earth, de-leverage, and cannot borrowing money to pay distribution, could be the new merge and acquisition battleground.
I think a few stocks are worth to have a look.
