Couldn't agree more amb. Spi day session is just a way of making your broker rich at the moment. Autumn is a perfect time of year. Get outside, on your pushie or something. I've been doing some big km's on my pushie lately. Keeping up with roadies on my hardtail mountain bike :) Being nice and fit makes the mind easier to focus too.
