It all looks a worry BUT
Armstrong says the mother of all worries is late 2032 or even 2034 and then DOWN into 2037.
I suspect he is right but we will see.
If we can get through this 17 year period from 2000 without a complete collapse then we should get another 17 year up period.
Am I convinced? Perhaps not, but we seem to be getting to the end of this sequence and still hanging in there.
I suspect we muddle through and all the problems are just shelved NOT fixed.
No need to fix problems in a boom!
