It's reported Mr Woo Flung Dung ..from the chinese central provience has cancelled his order for 40 tons of iron ore from BHP , which he was going to use to construct a new duck pond in his back yard.After the chinses central bank raised intrest rates today .. property developers and speculators Like Mr Flung Dung say back yard developments will be put on hold for some time.
