Nov-Dec 2008 low describes much of the cycle Min boundary at lower right.

Although Current cycle is up near top, its been reset so average to present date is average of all cycles to corresponding year's date. If no reset, but flow directly from 2008, subtract around 0.3 from cycle taking Current close to Min at present time.
